Random Faint Chime While Driving My i30N – Any Ideas?
Ok this is going to sound a bit weird, but my i30N makes an occasional random chiming noise – a very faint one at that – when driving.
I can’t really record the chime as it’s probably too faint for my phone to properly pick up over tyre/exhaust noise, and it’s also so random and intermittent that there appears to be no rhyme or reason to it.
I suspect it’s got something to do with alerting to inbound notifications on my phone when connected via Bluetooth, but this doesn’t always hold true as when I hear the noise and check my phone (after pulling over first, of course) there is no notification on the phone.
It doesn’t seem to relate to any safety system either.
